Karen has been employed at a local dental office as a business assistant since 2016. Karen is the mother of 2 beautiful daughters, Tanayia and Tyshea. She also has a 24 year old son Terrelle. Tanayia is a rising senior and a member of the school’s I.B. Program (The International Baccalaureate Program) with a 4.13 GPA and is also on the softball team. Tyshea is a rising 9th grader and is a cheerleader. Both girls are also in the marching elite organization.
The construction of this home is being supported by our good friends at Old Point National Bank.

Theresa has been employed at a local oncologist practice as an LPN since 2011. She is the mother of 3 wonderful children. Her son Tyrone, is a rising 11th grader who plays football for his school team. Her daughter Natiyah will be attending Virginia State University in the fall, where she will major in Music Performance. Her other daughter Ajah is a rising 8th grader and is a member of her school's bridge club.
The construction of this home was funded by Thrivent Financial, Bruton Parish Episcopal Church, and other area congregations.

Habitat for Humanity Peninsula and Greater Williamsburg cordially invites you to a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony for Gail Robertson and her family.
The ceremony will take place at 1030 28th Street in Newport News.
This fun and moving ceremony will last less than 30 minutes and is very casual. The ceremony will be held rain or shine, and refreshments will be available afterward.
Gail Robertson was born and raised in the Hampton Roads area. She has been employed at IHOP for the past 10 years, and has also been employed with the City of Newport News since 2015. Gail is the mother of an 18 year old daughter, Jha’neijah, who enjoys fashion and the beauty industry.
This beautiful Habitat home was funded and built by our good friends at Bank of America. The nation’s largest financial institution, Bank of America has a longtime partnership with Habitat for Humanity. With their support, we have been able to renovate 4 homes and construct 6 new homes. This is Bank of America’s 11th Habitat home!
